Just the begining
More pics! and some stats. I’m curious what you came in weighing the day of the show.

If he was still around his disembodied head would be making 500 word rants about anyone who weights less than 250.
XAVIER IS LOST!!! BUT WOLVERINE SHALL NEVER PERISH!
I remeasured my height… either I shrunk or I am retarded. I am 5"9… wtf
Anyways, so add those stats to a 5"9 frame.
I weighed in at 184 the night before the show. 180 the day of.
I don’t feel I was as close to my goal as I’d wish’d. I think I underestimated my starting bodyfat. Should have gave myself perhaps another month.
I came in at about 7-8% bodyfat. I wanted to go in at 5%.
I’ll accomplish that goal next year for sure!!! And I am going to try my best to maintain lower then 10% bodyfat while I do my lean mass phase. We’ll see how it goes.
I am still waiting on the photographer to load up some better quality pictures.

Here’s the only picture I could find from a photographer via my contest.
What was your experience with Scivation’s final cut/game over diet, assuming thats what you followed? I noticed they have some peculiar fundaes that are opposite to what is normally considered gospel here (combining fat and carbs, avoiding P+C, etc)

My final outcome was 6% bodyfat, but that was due to the fact that I don’t believe I gave myself the right amount of time to cut, I think I needed about another 2weeks to a month of conditioning to truly be happy with results. The diet worked great for me, I kept my strength for about 90% of the entire diet, the last few weeks though the strength lowered a bit due to being at 1750 calories which obviously no matter the diet, is hard.
For the most part, it was a great experience. They do have some different ideas yes, but it’s about controling insulin resistance, manipulating it, refeeds and maintaing as much muscle mass as possible while dropping as much bodyfat as possible. And with that being the main goal, I think it worked great.
I am 5 weeks into a lean mass phase after the diet itself. And I have never felt or looked better in my life, I’ve maintained a very lean physique and my strength is more then quadruple what it was during the contest diet.
Great overall results in my opinion.
