How much does it take to fatigue the adrenals? I am in the area of potential danger if I’m really getting amped up 5 days a week? And I don’t mean just in the weight room. I play in college so I’m talking about individual workouts, open gyms etc. Should I, emotionally be holding back, or stop being a pussy and just yell if I want to yell and don’t if I don’t feel like it?
