Please stop pretending you know everything - It is simply a high volume split routine that is supposed to last A MONTH. Just because I have no credibility due to my current physique does not mean I’m wrong, it means you are ignorant.

I’m not going to take time out to explain why you are wrong, because you are obviously a stubborn asshole that is 100% convinced they are right.

Have it your way, take up 5 pages of this thread saying how wrong I am, I don’t care. When I can finally train again I will still be standing by what I said next year.

I hope you do stand by your word. It would be good to see you stick with something rather than chopping and changing all the time. But don’t you think it would have been better if you had stuck to your own advice and then offered it to another person rather than the other way round.
