Getting Back to the Gym

Well I have been a lazy-ass
Got busy with life and took a few days off from the gym that became a month.

I have the will power to train hard…but I lost 10 pounds in the month.

What supplements do you guys recommend to recover what I have lost quickly.
I know 3-5 pounds will come back quick with lifting & proper diet.

I have quite a supple of biotest products. Just wondering what will work NOW!
I know in another 2 months my body will truly utilize what I give it…but after a month off am I just wasting them?

I would go with Androsol and Nandrosol mixed 50/50 in the same bottle and apply this solution at 40-70 sprays in the morning only. I put on 7lbs of lost muscle in three weeks. When the Surge comes out, use that.

I’d say Androsol would give you a nice jump start now. You could wait until you get back to where you were before you break out the “sols”, up to you. Maybe stack Tribex with Methoxy-7 or Ribose-C and once you get back the 10 pounds you lost, then use the Androsol or an Andro/Nandro mix. Either way should produce good results. Like you said, diet and training should help you rebound nicely anyway. The rest is just icing.
