Getting Back to It

I am looking to get back into the game of health and strength after a few years off, and am looking for a little advice of where to start. I have played competitive travel ice hockey for 15 years, so I have been training hard since I was five. So I am no stranger to hard work and discipline. Unfortunately, my career has now gotten in the way and I no longer am able to play, and haven’t really been to the gym at all in about 2 years.

I was wondering if there is anyone that was/is in the same boat and how they went about getting back in the swing. I am not looking to get absolutely huge, but more muscle mass would be a plus in my work. Any advice about about exercises to start getting back to health, and/or suppliment and diet recommendations would be much appreciated.

BTW, 5’9" 173 lbs.

Really, all you should have to do is hit the gym and eat right and you are off to the races.
