I havent been in the gym for about 2-3 months now, and have pretty much lost all that I have gained. I was doing a 3 day split (chest/back, bis/tris, shoulders/legs, rest) for about a year before. Now that I wanna get back into the gym, what would be the best way to do it? Jump right back into my old routine (which worked great for me)? Or start with something smaller to build up some general strength again?
Start with “Starting Strength” until you get back to where you were. Start with weight down somewhat, say 20-30% from what you did before and give it a little time to get back up.
