Get Lean for Summer, Diet Recommendation?

Hi CT!

I just purchased your Get Lean for Summer program and I’m excited to start! I am curious, though, what you recommend for a diet to best complement the program?

I’m currently doing your BDWP with the “Gain Muscle while Losing Fat” approach.. Which seems to be working well.

MAIN question:
Do you recommend a caloric surplus throughout? I.e. 16 cal/lb
OR
would a caloric deficit be better? 10-12 cal/lb?
or something else?

Also, what is considered “low intensity” cardio? Something like Speed walking?

Well it depends on your goal. But it is designed to be a fat loss plan, so a deficit would be preferred. Not need to start at 10-12kcals/pound (which is pretty darn low)… give yourself some room to decrease calories when progress slows down.
