In block three , there is superset and gaint set and both for 2 excerises and no rest , so whats different in technique ?

Is the giant set for the same muscle/ movement pattern and the superset for antagonists or non-interfering?
If that’s the case, the giant set is about quickly driving volume/ effective reps for that muscle group.
The superset is about getting quality volume in, for multiple groups/ movements, in a time-efficient manner.
