right now im taking muscle milk as my immediate post workout protein. i hear its better to take a few hours later after working out, or even before sleeping. im pretty sure i need protein soon after my workout so when should i take it? twice in a day? haha
im also taking anabolic halo but im thinking of switching to another creatine because its so expensive. just simple creatine monohydrate is what im thinking. if i do, how would i take that? meaning, when in relation to working out, on nonworkout days, etc…
Muscle milk I consider to be second to casein digestion wise. stick to whey protein isolate as your source of protein immediately after your training.

You know where I got this stuff? The beginner stickies. They’re at the top of the beginner’s forum. I recommend reading Vroom’s thread. You’ll learn a lot and get a bunch of your questions answered before you even know you had them.
i recently read in a magazine to take arginine products to help nitric oxide consumption in the body. but if i take this, can i still take NO supps like black powder? would they be worth taking? and would it be better to take staight supps like arginine, carnitine, and bcaas rather than take stuff like NO Xplode and other things that are a mixture of supps?
I hear arginine only works for a short amount of time… am I right or wrong here?

NO products are a joke. Skip them all.
