Great session. Delighted with that Bench PR. Still kind of feel like it didn’t happen! Shoulder felt a bit sore during the push press, but think that was due to me working off a higher pin (bound to happen when your training partner is 4 inches taller than you). Returned after work to finish off the session and what was a pretty good day.

So many gains since I last checked in. Your pressing is awesome and it clearly seem’s like you have a ton more easy progress to be made in squat/deadlift, your a strong dude overall for sure. Mad jelly.
