Notes: Shoulder was sore again today. Think it’s just tired and tight from the extreme amount of prussing going on all ova dis town. Brought grip in slightly on my bench to make a kinda hybrid between my old faithful and my newly established close-grip. Worked pretty well. Put my hands about 3/4 of an inch wider on the Klokov and all I can say is, ramionach czuje siÄ? jakby zostaÅ?y przejechany przez ciÄ?żarówkÄ? bilansowÄ? tÅ?uszczu Francuzów z all you can eat karnawaÅ?.

Notes: Sam’s absence was felt, as was Ellis’. Took me a little bit longer to get in the zone. Delighted to have gotten the pull, it wasn’t pretty but sure f*ck it. Could have gotten more on the squats too if I had a little bit of verbal harassment. Squat vid features our resident amateur world champion BBer. Training alone again is weird. PEACE
