Notes: GAWD DAMN. Definitely have tendinitis in my left forearm. Ain’t nobody got time fo’dat!!! No use complaining about the pulls again. Just gonna lower my max and strengthen dat mid-rpm. In other news, as I walked back, I was actually thinking about what Jab1 said to me about getting stabbed, and then, some 15 year old scum-bag approached me. SHE said “Give me yo phone bruv or oil cat ya fackin nuts orf”…So I did the first thing that came to my head, I popped my traps at her. I’m faced with danger and I pop my fucking traps… lucky it worked, as did the cop car that flew by just at that moment. I’m not going to lie, I nearly shat my pants but thinking back on it, I can’t stop laughing hashtag-livingtofightanotherday.
You could just switch to using straps on the pulling for a while to give the forearm a break rather than lowering your maxing and castrating your gains.
Notes: It felt good to be back in Raw and training with the lads. It was just one of those days were everything felt good and went right, without having to be too hyped up for it. Lets hope it continues! Lift strong and prosper bros.

Sweet PR. You definitely had the strength for at least a triple on the squats, but it looked you would’ve definitely lost air/technique on the second rep. Looked like your head wasn’t in it. Thug life brings profit.
