Notes: So I’m in London atm, and eventually found a place that excepted cash to let me in. Everywhere else needed online registration… FOR A DAY PASS! Jesus… well anyway. Klokov weights were completely pulled out of thin air because my 5/3/1 app was acting the bollocks. Squat was alright, had more in the tank but was worried about my knees without my oly-shoes. Reason for putting two exercises in the one day is because I hoping to catch up with Sam who is a week ahead of me. Sync-bro-nisation. Met the oddest person in the gym. I nodded at him to be polite because I was afraid he would knife me, so he comes over and shakes my hand, practically bows when I tell him my name, and tells me it’s an honour to know me. He then returns to his workout whilst hooting and yelping…only in wood green!

Notes: So fucking annoyed with the deadlift. But firstly, bench. Much like the squat yesterday, had a few reps left but played it safe with no wraps or spotter (didn’t ask any of the gang members hanging around in the gym) Decided to rep out some close-grip for the tits. Deadlift: complete write-off.

So annoyed at this because the lift felt good and I had a nice thin bar to use. But I seem to be the most unlucky person with pulls, the one day my back and legs feel strong, my grip packs it in. So decided I’d squat for ages. And to be honest I could have done another 30 reps. But had to let it go. Then just got my pump on and and left.
