I can not wait for this computer generated anime in the vein of Appleseed and Ghost in the Shell. I enjoy the old school anime Battle of the Planets Force Five and Robotech. I agree with everything you guys just said with the exception of the street fighter 2 soundtrack. IMO it sound better in Japanese then the English pop rock soundtrack crap they gave it.

I totally disagree. The American soundtrack was amazing. Especially when Vega and Chun Li fought and they played Ultra by KMFDM.

That was my first time hearing that song, and it gripped me like a motherfucker. Have been an AiC fan ever since.
And yeah, Japanese music sounds absolutely terrible to me.
Wow I guess I’m in the minority because I saw it first in Japanese and the music they played when Chun Li kicked Vega out of the window freakin great. I just wasn’t into that type of rock at the time so the American version sucked for me.
A quick search of the site (man, that thing is really handy) revealed that so far nobody has breathed, or typed, a word about Scott Pilgrim vs the World. This saddens and confuses me, so I think I’ll have to change that.
It’s directed by Edgar Wright, the same man who directed and co-wrote Shaun of the Dead and Hot Fuzz, and looks like it’s going to be an awesome movie.

Wow…I can actually contribute to this thread! This is awesome! Like Ronsauce, that was the first time I had heard Them Bones, and I was immediately hooked. The movie was awesome as well, but the soundtrack was epic. I’m really looking forward to Scott Pilgrim coming out on DVD. That movie looks pretty funny to me. I was a fan of Shaun and Hot Fuzz.
