i like the harbinger straps, cuz they have some grippy rubber shit on the bar side. I only use them for shrugs. Eco and DCA would stop liking me if I used them for deads.
And ditto on the Kroc Roze. those things have improved my grip more than anything else I have ever tried.
The only time I used them for deadlifts was for reps not singles. On another note has anyone tried Fat Gripz?
I’ve used them for presses and they seem to help my shoulders and elbows. I thought about trying them on rows but I don’t know if they will stay on the bar.
I’m gonna get the canvas straps and use them so I can up the reps…

I really appreciate Golf shirts, the technical cloth type… Not reallylifting gear, but a good trick. Arms are large enough, and keep me cooler after lifting while I’m at work…
