OK friends. This is my first post. Hoping to get some advice. Little background I’m 38 years old. I have been on TRT for a couple years. I currently do half cc of test E two times a week. I’m strong and I’m able to do all of my long-distance cardio which is my favorite. I do marathons and ultrarunning. I still do all of the heavy, lifting mostly Olympic movements. But I’m wanting to add a little more size or at least cut up a bit more. But every time I add more test or add some tren, my heart rate goes through the roof in my cardio goes away completely.
My question is, is there anything I can add to achieve these goals while keeping and improving my cardio endurance? Thanks friends.
First - pick one. Doing ultra running and marathons is completely opposite of adding size. But it is the exact thing needed to cut up. In fact, i am amazed how you are NOT cut up, while doing marathons, which means your diet is bad.
Second, if you decide to gain size - drop the cardio. If you decide to cut, keep the cardio and clean up the diet.
Third, yes it is possible to run gear, gain size and do cardio, but you will have to eat enough to cover the cardio.
As long as you eat, cardio doesnt hurt but keep in mind that if you are bulking, 1 hour of cardio should be replaced with 1500-2000kcals ON TOP of your bulking kcals.
This is actually a myth. Tren is widely used in fighter circles and i was on 1g of tren for 3 years when i was in my top fighting shape. I had my best cardio shape when i was on 1g of tren.
I have never had that cardio anymore, that i had in those years running 1g of test and 1g of tren.
I actually have never seen a person who has elite level cardio saying that tren hurts his cardio. Only people who claim that tren does smth to their cardio are people who had shit cardio in the first place.
No fighter or rugby player has said that tren fucked his cardio… Or maybe its just the fact that u need to get used to it? Idk. Maybe first time users feel it? Could be. No idea.
You should be able to get cut up on this alone, assuming you are using Test E 250 (250 mg/mL).
Your protocol is close to what I’ve seen cyclists use. Enough that your RBC / HCT should be high.
If you want to add size, long distance running isn’t going to help you. It will actually hurt that goal significantly. I am not saying not to do cardio, you should, but think about how to do it optimally to get cardio benefits / fat loss benefits with minimal impact to gaining muscle. It is a lot less than marathon training. It might be something like 30-60 minutes of light to moderate cardio daily. Walking seems really popular with muscular people.
Well, 99% fights are not on UFC, Bellator and OneFC. 99% of fighters never get to those and i have never seen a drug test or heard about one ever. So there is also that.
