If possible, you should get in your car and drive however far it is to train with Novaeer, even if it’s only once a week.

Most people would learn more in a day from him than in months on the internet. Not only is he stronger, but he’s got a great deal of PL knowledge and experience as well.

I’m bumping this thread again. I am looking for 1 or 2 lifters. I’ve transitioned to raw lifting for the time being, but equipped guys who are trying to learn their gear are more than welcome as well. The only prerequisite is you have to want to work hard and be willing to help out. Rundown on the equipment I have available is at the top, with the recent addition of an EFS SSB Yoke bar. If you’re interested, give me a buzz via PM.

Still looking? I may be up that way in a few weeks so I may be calling.

What brought on the transition to raw lifting? I never went equipped, mostly because I’m to cheap to spend money on gear.

Just let me know when the time comes.

No particular reason. Just got a little tired of stuffing myself into a bench shirt and yes the expense of gear can really add up.

You could always switch to morning lifting!

Damn this sounds cool.

I’m down to drive for a good work out, but cross country may be a little much…

That’s true, but I would prefer to not have to get up any earlier than I already do. Sleep is good!!

I know. Just trying to bump for you…
