Would doing Leg days and plyometrics on the same day be bad? Or should i spread them out? Or should i make like the Terrell Owens program he uses and split upperbody with a lowerbody muscle, like Chest, Tri and Quads, then on another day, Back Bi and Hamstring, and on another day Shoulders and Calves, along with starting with ab work before evry work out? He uses 4 sets usually of each excercises he uses, 2 or 3 excersies per muscle. How you feel about that? Its on abcbodybuilding.com, maybe you are familiar with it. Anyways, Im willing to work very hard for the vertical, as i do already in the weight room. I am a basketball player, a very serious one at that. So any help on things your are very sure of, Let Me know. Thanks Alot.
I sent you a PM with all the info you’ll need.
Leg days and plyometrics are fine, but you have to do the plyometrics first. Make sure you warm up properly.
Can you please give me the same PM, Nicholas? I’m in the same boat as the topic creator.
Thanks.
Can’t he just post it here. I want to see what type of info he is giving out…

I think that you could have just linked it on here. He did send the first guy to probably the best place possible (Hint: it is Kelly Baggett’s website)
I’m very curious lol send it to me too ![]()
All you need is found on this site. OH, and a big help would be the SuperCat. That’s all I’m saying, you can search it.

I make it a practice not to put up any links to competitor sites…

Of course you can. But its about a million times easier because the specific info is laid out right there.
Plus, Ive found his approach to be better than whats recommended here, in respect to gaining speed and vert height.

I think anyone interested in improving their vertical would to well to read Kelly Bagget’s book, it is pretty much an all-inclusive approach to making your lower body more explosive.
i’m curious as well, do you mind sending the info to another?
You have sparked my curiosity. Can you PM me it too?
Can you send me too? Thanks.
