im 16 years old and although i dont weigh as much as i would like to, i have only been training 6 months and theres a long way to go yet
but i would still cast a shadow over you
and in reply to your silly and quite ridiculous comment on nutritional intake and the fact that calories have nothing to do with building mass…well i am stumped

Your younger than me and haven’t trained as long. Seriously, look at yourself before you talk down to someone.

Man I am 14 years old and I am 196lbs,5’11"…Go eat a shit ton and train heavy and come and talk to us after 1 year or 2

I can do 200 lbs deadlifts a few times. I don’t have more weights to test further though. I might be able to do 210-220.
