Don’t let the crazy-eyed picture fool ya. I’m motivated baby!! Just finished my last meal for the day and getting ready to crash.
Let me add this:
When I was 20 I gained about 20lbs of muscle in a month, went from 165lbs to about 185lbs. I did this working out at the gym using 10, 10, 10, reps with muscle failure on the last two sets. All I ate were peanut-butter and bananna sandwiches, tuna in the can, and two more meals consisting of 1-foot subs with chips and a diet pepsi every day. Don’t care if anyone believes me but I don’t have problem putting on muscle for some reason. Guess I’m a mutant…

jakewnet44, grow up you winey fucking bitch. I’m ashamed to here you’re from Texas. I’ve read your posts bub, and frankly they are mind-numbingly superficial, arrogant, and full of shit. Why don’t you put your money where your mouth is. Your trolling does not impress me one bit. Next time, come up with something original and related to the topic. If you have some quarrel with Light House, keep it to yourself. Nobody wants to hear jakewnet44 bitch and moan about somebody else’s objectives.
Grow the fuck up you lanky bitch!!!
Now that was an intelligent and well thought out response. First off i have been on here for two years now and i don’t recall any of my posts being any of those words you have used to describe them. Well maybe on the "Blacks and Sweet Potatos " thread but anyway. What annoys me about you is tahat you come in here posting pictures of you stupid ass giving the crazy eye to the camera and inquiring how to go about putting on an unattainable amount of weight within a months time. You obviously didn;t bother to take time and read the numerous articles on training and nutrition which is obvious by your workout that looks like it came from M&F. Look I don’t feel like going off on a rant right now. i’m fucking sick and I want to go to sleep. Dude just try to think rationally that is all i ask.
Dude, chill out a little bit. Gaining 20 lbs is not the same as gaining 20 lbs of LBM.
And sure, you may or may not be responding terrifically now, but as you should know, if you actually have been reading, is that you grow when you are resting, not when you are in the gym.
You may or may not being able to work out reasonably three days in a row, and you may or may not be blessed with good metabolism and recovery.
Who can tell at this point! I’d say, simply do whatever insane crap you want to do and don’t tell us about it. Read the heck up on everything and post something a bit more intelligible. Odds are you’ve changed things up just recently and you are psyched, so yes, you will respond, for a while.
But, you sound like you are going to burn out big time. Just relax a bit. I get tired just trying to read your breathless posts.
Go for the Alpha Male.Follow dosing protocols on the label, not all the goofy shit people do on threads, like it’s crack or something, and creatine in coffee or tea(with sugar to taste) pre and post workout.
While you’re at it, if all you are looking for is show muscle, you might as well high rep your ass off. Also be sure to up the carbs. That does it for volume.
My name is Demon!!! I can’t control the volume of my voice!!!
Sorry, couldn’t resist!!! Check out the massive eating articles, they have a calculator formula to figure out how many calories you need. I wouldn’t eat so much tuna though. I know it is inexpensive and pretty easy, but that seems like an awful lot to be eating considering the possible mercury contamination issues.
I gained 15 lbs. in two weeks recently, but you might want to reevaluate your goal. If you are going on a cruise and planning on a lot of time w/o a shirt, I would try and get my bf% as low as possible to accentuate what you do have.
That sure is one freaky looking picture bro!!!
Honestly though to gain 30 pounds in a month you need to go find some guy named turbo at your gym and explain your goal with at least a grand in your pocket.

Wow!!! I thought this was “Testosterone” Nation!!! Your right… I’ll just stick to doing reps in the gym popping protein shakes and talking to my buddies about how I look in a fucking bikini! Anyone for a low carb rice-cake?

I’m not going to burn-out doing this! This isn’t my first time up to bat! If I can gain 20lbs, (without all the shit I’m taking now), then I can gain 30lbs with it!!!

Again, thankx for the wonderful support!
Its not a question of us supporting you. I wish you the best in your training and hope you obtain all of your goals. But when you come here and start spouting off about this and that and trying to attain some goal that is pretty much impossible, people are gonna give you shit. Which brings me to my question. Why do you want to gain 30 pounds with a BF of 18%. You would look like spilt shit if you did that.
For your information bub, most of the Americans on this shithole planet are about 35% body fat. I don’t know when and where it started but a trend started pointing toward individuals looking to cut more than build. I’m not worried about cutting, at the moment. I just want to see if it is humanly possible to obtain 30lbs of muscle because of all the dumbass advertisments I see about people gaining that much muscle in 4 weeks!!! My body responds ultra quickly to heavy workout and I have good genes! I don’t get that sore, or tired, because I take in a lot of protein and drink a half a gallon a water a day. Also, the 5 years working-out on and off is not intirely true. I’ve been working out heavy on and off for about 7 years. I’ve only been serious about working out these past 4 months. I’m used to doing heavy loads with less reps. It’s how I’ve been doing it for 7 years. The strain I have been putting on my body is absolutely miniscual to what I’m afraid I can do to myself. I don’t know if I can take working out twice in a day doing a 6 hour split between workouts using a different but corresponding muscle-group. I’m supposed to rest tomorrow, but I don’t want to.
Just because you set a difficult goal does not mean it cannot be obtained. I would not have posted this if I felt like I couldn’t obtain it. These past wasted days of the information I have been getting from people giving me shit is absolutely the kinda of shit that wastes “my” time!
Also, the reason why I posted this topic was because I needed information fast!!! I don’t have time to read all the articles. I’m always on the go. I’m constantly working, going to school full-time, and taking care of a wife and 3 kids. Not to mention my wife is giving me shit because she’s afraid when I get older my skin will sag and look like shit.
I’m in this for life!!! I plan on keeping my physique as long as I can… raise an eyebrow and scare the shit out of soccer-moms and their little bible-study-group kids!
I’m not your average male no. But what I am is a living, breathing, man and I’ll be damned if I let anyone stray me from what I fucking believe in!
I’ve never been good with words, and I really don’t care, so fuck the fuckers!!
I think you are getting a bit of a rough time from some of the guys, but you gotta admit you are a bit of a spazola. Goals are a personal issue and like Shugs said recently “your body is your laboratory”. You’ve been given some advice as far as how much you should be eating etc. All you can do is work hard towards your goal and learn lessons as you go.
Side note: Anybody else think Demon could be the mystery author behind the steroid diaries…
If I touched steroids I would kill someone. I have plenty of testosterone and need not more! I’m sorry if I’m coming off whatever, maybe it’s the fact I feel the fucking best I ever have in my life!!! I started this post with a goal. All I have been given is shit. That’s ok, I don’t care. Just makes me work even harder at this “rediculous” goal of mine. I can’t stand people who can sit behind a monitor spouting off coments so their internet buddies can snicker and jump on the band-wagon. Someone mentioned something earlier about this being a “gay-post”. Sorry to hear that. But I don’t think there is anything gay about my post. I’m not giving out information to help others, I’m not fascilitating faulse information, and I’m being honest. If that’s gay, than America is gay BFG! And I bet your proud to be an American!
I’m am sorry for any shallow comments that may have been inspired by other individuals. The replies I have gotten were dissapointing and childish. I thought this site was more professional than that. I see that maturity only lies here with just a few individuals.
Great site T-Nation, but some of your followers are loathesome worms whom seek attention and approval from other redundant sources.
