Gaining Momentum!!!

I dont really know where to start to be honest. Firstly, how the hell is a picture of your face going to help anyone help you? Are you trying to show off your new hyyooogge neck?..

Anyways… Yeah get a PostWorkOut shake immediately, something with a 2:1 carb:protein ratio, that right there will bump calorie’s up around 700. Lose the “no-fat” peanut butter and get Natural Peanut Butter. You want those fats, they are good, eat them at night if you can. Organize time so you can get a good BIG breakfast, I perfer Kashi 13g protein serving cereal myself, about 2 cups. Or a few eggs on whole wheat bagel + some kind of meat I like as well. But anything works, as long as you eat a lot. I also make a note to look at the clock after im done eating and make a mental note for 2 hours from now to eat another 300-500 calorie meal. Before bed eat COTTAGE CHEESE, cottage cheese is your new friend. try and eat as much of it as you can, right before bed. And dont get the no-fat shit unless you wanna hate cottage cheese forever. Basically you wanna make a couple staple meals, for breakfast, before bed and immediately after working out. besides that, just try to keep the high fructose corn syrup out of your diet or if u MUST have some garbage food your craving, just eat a small portion followed by something beneficial. Those are my “diet” tips.

Now your workout… Its garbage. Lose the workout you’ve got, your CNS (Central Nervous System) can’t handle all that without burning out. Then your gains come to a hault. I suggest starting with The Waterbury Method, search it at the top. Make sure to keep track, that means writing it down, each week what you lift so you can learn your 1rm (1 rep max) and use that to determine how much you should be lifting in the following months when using TBT or SOB by Chad Waterbury.

Besides that, sounds like you’ve got a good drive that will hopefully turn into a lifelong fitness goal for yourself, good luck big guy.

Eat more, also, try stopping short of failure at times since training to failure often can get you burnt out

I’m not loosing strength because my max on the flat has gone from 265lbs to 285lbs in two weeks!!! I’m drinking 2 Liters of water a day and eating like a friggin horse!!! you definitely need to eat more than 3000 calories a day. i am 183lbs, and recently gained 10lbs in about 2 weeks, by eating about 5000 calories a day and of course lifting lots.
there are some days I could eat 6000 calories, if I do a bike workout too.
thats like a meal every hour and half.

i am dying to get my Surge in the mail. i really hope it comes early tomorrow so i can use for my hard leg day tommorrow.

sounds like someone is going on spring break…

I’m busted popasquat!!! I’m actually going on a cruise though. I’ve got more pictures but have to shrink them down…

I’ll eat whatever I can shove down my foodhole right now if it will give me lots of carbs and protein with low fat and low sugar!!!

Didn’t think of cheese. Thanks fellas… And I guess I have to be kinda tweaked to try to gain 30 lbs, but I’m going for it. I have to do this for myself. I have tried in the past and gained about 20lbs in a month. This is definately not for the feint of heart but I have to prove that a man can do whatever he sets his mind to!!!

Thanks for the input!!! And I’ll start eating more cheese too!!!

Maybe you could think about slowing down and maintaining progress over a long period of time.

What’s going to happen after the month is up and you toss on scads of weight. Are going to party your ass off choking on pizza and beer and then not work out again for months.

If so, piss off. Read up on the site yourself and figure it out.

If you are in this for the long haul, and this isn’t a strange joke, then read up on the site and ask more informed questions maybe. Don’t worry about thirty days out, think about one year out or two years out.

Thats eating like a horse? Are you talking about a new born pony? Just kidding… Im like 160lbs right now and I eat 3000+kcals… I could be eating 4000kcals if i wanted to but I dont really train for size :stuck_out_tongue:

Do yourself a favor and stop posting untill you have read every training and nutrition article on this site, untill then, shut up and lift.

I do plan on keeping the wieght on. Let’s not be understood here. I want to put the weight on quick and when I do I’m going to settle into more reps to rip what I gain. Reap what I sew!!! Don’t hate. I need supportive advise. Not bland comments about my objective.

Please, just looking for a little input on improving my build. Thought that’s what this part of the forum was all about. Maybe I was wrong…

Helping out is part of the forum, but what you fail to realize is that 30 pounds in a month is a little out there in the goals man. Maybe 10-15 pounds is more likely. Plus you gotta eat more than you are, supplement your diet with Surge as you’ve ordered and Grow! which you need to order. Plus, if you want more help look through the tons of training articles on the site. They are loaded with valuable info.

Dude, high reps will not help you to “rip”. Please do some reading. Try searching for Quattro Dynamo, ABBH, John Berardi, or Growth Surge.

I’m reading… thankx for the input!!! But, I’m not going to give up!!! I’m taking in around 6000 calories a day at about 400grams of protein. I’m taking in about 100grams of protein 45 minutes to an hour before workout combined with creatine and hemodulators. I also consume vitamins and about 2 liters of water before I workout also. Right after workout I will consume appropriate amount of Surge, (which should be here soon!!), followed by 30 minute protein shake with milk, (has required sugar I need from the sugar-drop I will get from the Surge), then 30 minutes after that I will consume another protein shake with solid food loaded with carbs and protein. Then every our on the our after that I will consume minimum 50 grams of protein for four consective ours. Than right before I call it a day I will consume about 80 grams of protein before I hit the sack.

I only consume sugar after the intense workout, and twice during an hour and a half period.

This regimand has me consuming like 6000 calories with high intake of protein, almost 2 grams per pound, and plenty of carbs for energy.

I’m using all the lifting techniques outlined on this website as well. Fantastic articles by the way.

I may be setting a difficult goal, but I’m going to go about getting there doing whatever it takes short of juicing up.

I’m doing this all natural, except for the Surge and Creatine. I heard these to work together spetacularly. I can’t wait to see the results I get.

I will post new pictures of my chest, backs, abs, shoulders, and legs this weekend.

Again, thankx for the input and I’m not fucking going to quit period till I gain the fucking 30 muthafuckin pounds 'Ole Muscle!!!

Even when I was jacked on gear, eating fairly clean, training like a bear whose den has been raided; I don’t think I put on 30lbs in a month.

Putting on that much weight in that short of time will f**k up your system and you’ll walk around with a more fat, which you’ll end up wanting to lose. Unless of course, you want to walk around with a nice fat ring.

You’ve gotta get rest as well brother…the key to all of this is recovery.

Peace.

I’m working out 3 days on, 1 day off, 3 days on. The day off between cycles should help my recovery time. I actually feel more enerigized than I have ever felt in my entire life. My metabolism has kicked in overtime. It’s difficult for me to go to sleep at night because how many times I eat all day long. My body doesn’t know when to stop churning out energy! My body temp is a little up and in the morning so I’m getting just enough sugar and water in my system to keep me from shutting down. After a good workout here lately it almost feels like ice is running through my veins. It’s one hell of a rush.

I’m kinda wodering what a testosterone enhancer might do for me. Should I take that too? Or am I asking for something my heart can’t handle??? So far my heart is fine, no palupations. Like I said, I’m taking in a lot of clean calories and I’m actually eating right. Got dairy, wheat, fruit, vegetables, fish(delicious tuna :P), and my favorite, occaisonal grilled chicken.

Like I said, I’m here to test my body’s water and I’m taking it to extremes. When I’m done putting on the weight I’m going to study how to cut and sculp the muscle to the best of my body’s abililty.

I think this guy and Light Power should meet. I don’t want to be around when it happens though. The collective stupidy and inane babble will make me snap and kill the both of them.

Of course they would help. The problem is finding it.

I read through most of this thread…but I haven’t found if you been taking any creatine? Load up on that…unless someone here mentiones otherwise. The reason I say that is some say you need to load…others say no. I load up because it seems to work best for me.

Thankx untamed. I am taking creatine before my workouts. And if you are talking about taking it more than once a day I did that 4 times a day for a week before I started this insane workout. Now I take it once in the morning and 1 hour before workouts. I used to take it right after workouts as well but I’m going to use Surge for that now.

jakewnet44, grow up you winey fucking bitch. I’m ashamed to here you’re from Texas. I’ve read your posts bub, and frankly they are mind-numbingly superficial, arrogant, and full of shit. Why don’t you put your money where your mouth is. Your trolling does not impress me one bit. Next time, come up with something original and related to the topic. If you have some quarrel with Light House, keep it to yourself. Nobody wants to hear jakewnet44 bitch and moan about somebody else’s objectives.

Grow the fuck up you lanky bitch!!!

No problem OD…

You may want to take the creatine after your workout as too prior. Reason being…you’re depleating your creatine stores as you workout.

I’ve had good success mixing Creatine with Glutamine after the workout to restore those levels. I don’t see where there would be a problem mixing those with Surge.

But I’ll default to those who know more than I…and bow out.

The only remotely feasable way I can think one could put on 30 lbs of muscle in a month would be through muscle memory and most likely gear. That said, I’ve put on 30 + lbs in 2 months. This was with 6000+ cals a day, 2 x’s my bodyweight in protien a day, and sust/eq/dbol.

I will say that you seem motivated…or kinda retarded. Eitherway good luck and keep it up
