Gained Enough Size, Time for Strength

I know many of us want to reach our size limits. I know i have the potential to go over 230lbs but I think I’ve gained enough. (Yeah right, i say that now… 6months down the road and… boom, at it again) Anyways…

Most of my suits and clothes fit very tight. I am now going to pursue pure absolute and relative strength.

I want to do the V-Diet. I follow a Anabolic Diet approach. I appreciate all the support. Continue lifting strong and healthy. I will soon post my workout method, diet and stats info.
