worked up to my super easy opener of 205
then some pushups and pullups x50 for each
Really this is a back off week, mostly just pump work and foam rolling.

squat 380
bench 280
deadlift 425 this is the only one subject to change
body weight is sitting at 207 atm due to drill weekend running… I am still trying for 220, but i will be satisfied with 215

worked up to my opener (320) easy peasy japanesy
then did some cowboy hip hop video on that later lol

I figure we will all help each other out at the meet. My dads gonna be back there as well.
All your goals look very doable. I was thinking maybe even a little more for deadlift, depending on how you feel after squat and bench seeing how good your 425 went a few weeks back.
