here is a picture of the hill I say I run it, but what I really mean is I sprint half, jog a quarter, and then death march the final quarter. Now preparing for holiday festivities.

Body comp update: I thought I was getting out of hand but after analyzing this photo, I think I am about the same level of fatness, with about a 5lb bw gain, so I accept it for now.

Damn. That looks like some rough conditioning you have going on man!

Well kind of for damage control, and I try to maintain a certain level of cardio year round, I was dieting trying to get down to the 198lb class I am about 10 pounds away but I think I may give up on that now. It’s my first meet so I think I’ll go in as is. I hope eventually my strength will catch up with my bw lol.

Btw, I wouldn’t worry about the weight class. I saw a vid of Dave tate saying that the only thing to worry about for a first meet is to get there and do the reps.

I added you to the UofA BOI facebook group, hit up Buff n Stuff (you will know who it is) on there and ask him bout eating to get big. It was part of his lower back recovery plan lol.
