x2, your squat looks very good. That was just a little thing i noticed

mp deload
3x5 100,105,115
30xpullups
30xdips

Performed lots of yard work for cardio.

Very happy I am deloading this week I have a lot of studying to do…

Hey buddy. I wrote this in my log about your 405 miss in deadlift. Not sure if you saw it.

“Also, I watched your 405 deadlift attempt in your log. One thing I noticed (which I just noticed I did myself)is that your grip is wide. This grip makes you have to bend down more and creates a longer path for the lift. Next time try having your hands as close together has possible. This creates a shorter range of motion and also allows you to get into a more powerful position. I heard this in one of Mark Bell’s videos. I am doing this tomorrow so I will let you know how it works! haha”

It def helped me today. My problem, however, related to the start position. The bar was on my shins and it caused me to pretty much straight leg all the sets. Apparently the bar is supposed to be by your toes for conventional.

Just wanted to pass that on.

Thank you very much sir! After reviewing the video It almost looks like I am sldl due to the wide grip as you said. I watched your deadlifts and see what your talking about.

Looking forward to it!

Solid bench. Too bad you don’t have a spotter. I’m thinking you could hit close to 300.
