Ready for this deload, I am going focus on squat and deadlift technique. I will also be changing to the 531 for powerlifting model which is basically just switching the 3 week and the 5 week. Time to write a paper.

Nice squattin man! Looked easy. One thing I noticed on the last 2-3 reps of the 315 and the 330 rep is when you begin to come up out the hole, your elbows push back out from under the bar. Try to focus on driving those under the bar and youll come out the hole and finish the lift much faster.
