Felt great going to pull some heavy singles on wed.

Just a little conditioning today some 6 100 yard hill walks, 5 25yard hill sprints, 1.5 mile jog home. Madcow is making me pretty sore, but all is well so far.

Workouts look to be going good as always man.

So, is madcow set up so that not all 5 sets are in the working range?
Like… on bench you did:
125x5
145x5
175x5
205x5
235x5

Realistically, only the top 2-3 sets are gonna be heavy enough to promote much muscle/strength growth.
Is madcow supposed to incorporate the lighter sets in the 5x5?
Not criticizing, i’m legit curious. lol.

10lb medicine ball throw and chase around 30 total

Great day to be outside did this during halftime of the razorback game hoping we can come back and beat ole miss.

Trained… everything seemed to be too heavy, continued the session LIKE A BOSS, will update with actual session info tomorrow.
