Nice lol…
training for 9/22/2011
Bench 205x3, 220x3, 230x3
kb row both arms 5x15@55
incline treadmill intervals 5rds 60sec sprint followed by 5 burpees, rest for 10 seconds repeat
and finally 200 pushups
I was doing this around midnight last night and I am very tired today, might go for a short run later.
9/30
Powerclean worked up to 175x5
squat worked up to 335x5 would of had more but left knee wrap come undone on 3rd rep
On another note I took a pt test today and dropped my 2mile by a minute, weighed in at 210 gained an inch on my neck measurement and lost 2 inches on my waist… progress!
Easy day in and out of the gym, should start to get stronger again because I am getting used to the condtioning and I am about to start my deload week.
10/5 training
squat 225x5, 230x6, 245x10
db bench 3x10 80’s
1 arm row 3x20 80’s
25 pullups
10/6 training
started out as arm day felt super homo just working out arms (no offense bbers) then did the following
mp 130x5, 145x3, 160x4.9 I wanted to die
Then a tri set consisting of:
bo row 135x10 185x10 205x10
pullupsx25
squat 210x5, 230x5, 245x6
Turned out to be a great session, I hope the razorbacks crush dyer this weekend

Training looks solid man. 750 yards of hills? rough. lol.
What kind of camping you gonna be doing?
Thanks, when you add that up it is a lot of hills lol. As for the camping my wife and I are heading up to Petit Jean for some hiking, mountain bike riding, and fishing. Now I just have to remember how to put a tent up.

Damn dude your condoning work looks rough. Are you trying to drop a little weight?
Shoulders are looking big in the new progress pic. Nice work.
Thanks Greg, I kinda let my conditioning and eating slouch for the past couple of months and I am finally getting in a routine again. My overall all goal is to continue getting stronger, but keep up with my conditioning. It has taken a little while to get used to it and my strength is back to normal now, school is kicking my ass right now though lol.
Dixie-It’s going well… easier than I could have ever imagined
Ink-Thanks man I am going to run madcow 5x5 for 12 weeks or until I start missing weights, If I get anywhere near my predicted maxes then I will cry tears of joy.
10/13/2011
Bumped this one up so I don’t have to do it tomorrow
Squat
160x5
200x5
240x5
280x5
330x3
240x8
Great session, felt really strong! The rows were supposed to be regular pendlays but the gym owner told me I should do them on a box to really work on the stretch. Going camping this weekend hope everyone has a good weekend.
