My bench and my deadlift have gone up alot lately, which is awsome, but my legs are seriously overshadowing my upper body. My backs growing but thats about it. Most of my training is geared towrds power and performance, but…i think i’m starting to look funny. lol.
I’d love to hear about anybody else’s body quirks or funny imbalences and see how you corrected them or live with them for that matter.
