Everything felt fine and the plan was to move up to 505 with knee sleeves and the belt. I wanted to take another single at 475 after the last one because it didn’t feel right coming out of the hole; bad idea!
SOOOOOO… I just fucking loaded it up and decided to do it again. It flew up and I felt like doing two, so I did. Now I’m tired. haha I guess thats a PR with sleeves.

Did my DEATHlift and bench in so far since press day. Did PT with the unit yesterday. I’m still on track and I’ll do a better update after squatting tomorrow.
Didn’t have enough carbs or water yesterday. Felt super sluggish today. Eating a giant-ass bowl of fruity pebbles right now and had a potahhhhto earlier. On schedule.
Deload week was LAME! Squatted, pressed, and did some cleans today at submaximal weight. Starting my next training cycle Monday. 9 weeks out from the meet.

Strength and intensity made a good rebound. I coulda got the 185 on press for a few more. Time for work. Full time school, full time work, and full time gym. Get your effort up!
Strength has rebounded well and I feel like ripping the head off of a lion. Love it. Press felt fast and clean. Everything else was butter. 8 1/2 weeks out.
Not sure what happened. The DL flew off the ground and I hit a wall at my knees. I’m doing more GHR and put rack pulls in place of my deficit deads. The pins will be set to right below my sticking point.
I need to make sure I eat enough and get enough water. Being busy at work makes it hard.
