If you do, go between early July through late August. It rains 22 hours a day, 9 & 1/2+ months out of the year there, and you’ll go 2-3 weeks at a time where you don’t see the sun. AT ALL. I’ve pulled 480, squatted 495, and benched 275 so far this cycle. I’ll be pulling 495, squatting 505, and benching 285 in the upcoming week.

I’m hoping to be close enough to 198 to cut. Anything over 208 and I won’t cut. I’m around 216 right now, but I’d been eating like shit. Diet is a lot cleaner now.

Oh, the tat is gonna be from right above my elbow to the edge of my armpit. Basically the whole inner bicep.

I did my curls in the area where the crossfitters do their stuff. Each curl was kipped accordingly.

Today was the first time I used ammonia caps before lifts… Interesting to say the least. I’ll probably reserve them for DEATHlift. We’ll see; I’ll try some tomorrow for bench.

Lifts felt pretty good today. Got a bit of an oblique cramp on the last rep. PR’s keep coming and I’m pretty happy with the way things are going. Sending in my Highland Games entry form today. We’ll see how that goes.

Fell on my second single. Not sure what happened. I think these wraps (Metal Mysticals) are too stiff for certain weights. Wrapped them a little looser and smoked this shit. I love it!

Set PR’s on 3/4 lifts this week and matched my PR on the 4th. Best training cycle I’ve had in a long, long time.

Weighed in at 215 yesterday. I just gotta keep losing a couple lbs a week and I’ll have an easy ~6 lb cut to 198 for the meet. If I hit all the lifts I got this week, that’ll put me at 1285 at a lower body weight. NICE! That’s 35lbs on my total. I’m excited to see what happens after I peak!

Broke my iPhone 4 Friday. ATT or Apple decided my iPhone 5 preorder should be shipped sometime in October (they get no COCK on their 'tober!). I ordered that motherfuckerrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr at 3AM the first day it was available. Bullshit, if you ask me! Oh well. I have three other old phones, but my SIM card is too small and doesn’t work in them. Love it! Probably gonna get a pre-paid til mine comes or they have some in stock at the ATT store here in Wicheeeeeta Falls!

After dumping that weight yesterday, my left calf, right trap, and right rhomboid are all feeling like crap. I guess I strained my body at a weird angle when I decided to dump it. It had been a LONG time since I had to dump a squat. Oh well. At least I rallied and got the next two.
