Without delving too much into OPSEC, do you have any experience with air base defense? I might be working alongside security forces on my next deployment (Army MP officer). Nice training by the way.

I, personally, have a lot. With our personnel, it’s all dependent on where they’ve been and when.
Thanks.
I’m on twitter now.
@MrFlexican.
Get at me! Ha!!
APATHY IS A COLD BODY
TRAINING:
DIDN’T PVC OR WARM UP/Bad idea
PRESS (started out with my 5 week percentages, even though it’s a 3 week. STUPID FUCKIN ALLERGY MEDS)
135x3
160x3 (realized I was on the wrong percentages and fixed this set)
180x3 (lost my groove on rep 3. Paused it at the bottom and got it up)
185x1
190x1 (w/three push presses after)
CG DB Press
70x8
80x8
90x6
CHINS

Still sick/allergies or whatever. Fucking up my life.
Other than that, just putting in work at this juncture in time. Working my day away, yayyyyy! Going to see End of Watch tomorrow night. I’m pretty excited. That Gillenhal fella is quite the heart throb.
ALWAYS KNEW THE PYRO WOULD COME OUT IN YOUR. IT JUST TOOK SOME PATIENCE. THEN AGAIN, I’M ALWAYS RIGHT. YOU’D THINK YOU WERE DYING, SO YOU DRIFT. IT PASSES TIME!
TRAINING:

335X3
375X3
425X3 (Got kicked out of the base gym on this set)
455X0
475X0
DONE! (but not defeated)
NOTES:
Apparently, even setting the weights down gently is a reason to get kicked out of the base gym. Nothing against civilians, but every time I interact with one in an official capacity, they act as if they’re better than I am and talk down to me. I’m glad this guy’s $9/hr job affords him the authority to end my workouts. Awesome.
I was forced to lift there due to a seminar being held at WFAC. Oh well. I’ll never have to deal with it again.
Other than that, getting over this allergy/sickness thing and feeling better.
SEARCHING. SEEKING. REACHING. ALWAYS.
TRAINING:

Getting my weights, and it looks promising going into the meet. Ready to get out there and F some S up!
Less than two weeks to the meet man. Hope you’re ready!
I just began my taper today and holy fuck do I need it!

Check this shit out… My teammate got a bacterial infection in his elbow. Looked like a softball and a squash were in that shit. We decided to push our meet back to Dec. Kinda sucks because I’ve been on such a roll. But there are no other meets close and I put in for a new assignment to a “combat” unit. So I need to get my “PT” ability up.
Basically I’m in a stupid running intensive block and I’m dropping my training maxes. New goals are to maintain a 10 min 1.5 mi. and maintain my current strength levels. I’ve got the PR’s the last month. I want this assignment and being a good leader and maintaining the PT excellence is a big priority at the new unit.
I’ll also be in GA so maybe we can get a TEXICAN/BALLA barbecue/beer crush get together started. Boom. 'Merica!
May do a simulated meet to satisfy my craving. Lol. I want a 1300+ total bad.
District of Columbia is not in Georgia.

GA is closer than TX though.
GENTLEMAN, WE CAN REBUILD HIM. WE HAVE THE TECHNOLOGY. WE HAVE THE CAPABILITY TO BUILD THE WORLD’S BIONIC MAN. TEXICAN WILL BE THAT MAN. BETTER THAN HE WAS BEFORE. BETTER. STRONGER. FASTER…
MOTHERFUCKERS I’M BACK.
Had a bit of a DUST phase going on and I sacked the fuck up and it’s time to get back to work.

666 DELT RAISES
8kg KBX2 SETS

8 kg KBX2 SETS 12
DONE!
NOTES:
Been in a funk. Got sick, plans got changed, and I let my goals slip a little. Nothing a week or two off and some soul-searching won’t fix.
Here’s where I’m at right now: I have a plan I’ve outlined in my personal blog to get my diet FULLY in check, get my degrees done (6 hours away from my Associate’s in Crim Justice/I start the classes on the 5th), and to keep my mind right. When I slip on my diet (including drinking), I feel like shit, act like shit, and lift like shit. If fucks me all up. So I made a simple plan to straighten it all out and I dropped my training maxes one cycle back even though I was hitting my reps.
Feeling good and headed back in the right direction. I have about 19 months until I am a civilian and I want to have my Associates and my Bachelors done by then. Here’s to trying to stay on track.
Good goals brother…I have no doubts you will achieve them.
And yes, I acknowledge Georgia is closer to DC than Texas…haha

Thanks man. I’m in such a great mood now that I’ve gotten my ass in gear.
I did some prehab/mobility yesterday and ran 1.25 miles with my dog yesterday in 12.38. Not a great time, but I’m working on hitting my 1.5 mile run in around that time. No sweat!
TRAINING:
PVC/WARM UP
(I actually used a Rumble Roller. I’ll be buying the Heavy Duty one soon)
SQUAT
295x5
335x5
385x10 (PR)
DEFICIT DEATHlift
225x10
245x10
265x10
STANDING BANDED ABS
CONDITIONG (it’s making a return)
PROWLER w/180lbs x 6 trips @60yd each. About a min rest.
DONE! (ALMOST DIED!)
NOTES:
Squat went well. I could have pushed a couple more reps but I’m really happy with the 10RM PR! The deficit deads are still in the infancy stage, but I can tell they are gonna do some good things for me.
The prowler will be added in SLOWLY, as usual. I just need to make a habit of doing it.
Besides that, I’ve been eating extremely well and only having large servings of carbs around my training. I had sushi about two hours before training and some SURGE RECOVERY after. I may switch to a less carb filled drink soon.
Things are going well and I feel pretty good.
TRAINING:
RUMBLE ROLLER/PVC
PRESS
135X3
150X3
170X3
PENDLAY ROW
155X 2 sets of 10
175x 4 sets of 10

155x3 sets of 6
TRI and FACE PULLS
3408qwerhznfasdj
DONE!
NOTES:
Today was a drop in the bucket kinda day. Just went in there, got my work done, and got out. Movements felt strong and I really stayed super fucking strict on the Rows. I read a blip about it on LIFT.RUN.BANG. Thinking clear and getting some shit done in life.
Going for another doggy/daddy run tomorrow and deadlift the next day. BOOM!
YO
Glad you’re back in the motivated zone.
Going to check out this lift bang thingie too, sounds interesting…
K HI/BYE

SPOCK-U-LICIOUS!!! Yeah, things are making progress. FEELSGOODBRO!

DOUBLE THE FUN!
TRAINING:
RUMBLE ROLLER/WARM UP
BOUNDS (jumps forward as opposed to UP)
3x3 (no pauses between jumps/full squat)
DEATHLIFT (strained BOTH hamstrings three days ago playing football, nothing major)
315x5 sets of 5
BENCH
185x3
215x3
235x4 (easy)
BANDED ABS
5x10
CONDITIONING:
Ran 1.5 mi with the dog
DONE!!
NOTES:
I did bench and deathlifts today because I missed coming to the gym yesterday. Had a couple arrests that took longer than duty time to complete. Paperwork can suck a dick.
I decided to not push the deathlifts too much until my hammies feel better. They were sore today, but not HURTING.
There’s a meet at the gym tomorrow. SQUAT, PRESS, and DEATHLIFT. I’m gonna help with loading. I was thinking about using it as a heavy day, but my hams are too sore to try to push it. I plan to do some assistance stuff tomorrow if I’m not too worn out from loading.
Running is going well. I hate it, but I gotta get it done.
So are you just working in Texas now? You gonna be sent anywhere else any time soon? Do you even want to be?
I hate running also.
Yep. Supervising a bunch of kids. Gotta love it.
I shouldn’t be going anywhere in the near future. Still waiting to hear back if my request to go to Georgia has gone through or not. Should hear something this month.
