Walked the dog for an hour the last few days. Going to try to keep that up along with a few VERY small diet tweeks to get closer to 198 by next month.
Meet goals are as follows: 530 squat, 300 bench, and 520 DEATHlift. Last meet was 1250 and I under-preformed. I wasn’t happy with my totals and I’m training my ass off to get ready. Not much left to do but hit my 5/3/1 w/singles next week, a deload, and a mini 3/5 cycle. It’s all there, just gotta get it done.
SIDE NOTE:
My recovery is a lot better. I’m finding, I have to pull myself back on off days because I’m ready to go and hit some heavy lifts. Eating better is working. Just gotta figure out what to cut out to drop a little fat.

If you do, go between early July through late August. It rains 22 hours a day, 9 & 1/2+ months out of the year there, and you’ll go 2-3 weeks at a time where you don’t see the sun. AT ALL.
