I haven’t been training this week, between school, moving out of and into a house, and a personal thing, I had an unscheduled off week.

I was setting up too close to the bar for my pulls… I wanted to just stick that technique change into my brain and get out.

8 total trips. I had a college basketball player (friend) out with me. I must say, I’m not impressed with the conditioning in that program! haha

Worked up to 2x8 with four plates

NOTES:

I’m hitting PRs (or near PRs) every training day. Still taking my 110g protein/~1100kcal shake every morning. It makes a HUGE difference in my recovery. I’m still doing the Simplest Template for Strength along with 3-4 days of prowler/hills a week. I had been eating too much fast food and I feel like a fat puke at the moment. Cleaned up my diet again in the past week and I already am starting to feel a little better. Just have to stay consistent.

Kicking ass with school work and I find out in August if I get promoted to E-5 (I know I will, just waiting to see how long I’ll have to wait for it to be effective after results are announced).

Other than that, looking to set a date for a meet in about 3-4 months. I wasn’t very happy with the last meet’s results.
