Always for the better. Different, but better! Worked like 13 outta 14 days the past two weeks and was just worn down.
Burrito time is my favorite time!!! No tequila, but I had some queso in my burrito. Energized to Deathlift tomorrow and get some prowler time.

Sprints were done two at a time. I’d do one trip down and then turn right around and do another. Rested about a minute between. These sucked. I’m just gonna keep being consistent and the adaptation will come. Feeling really good about what I’ve gotten accomplished so far.
I did a little correspondence interview with Coach Harry Selkow of EliteFTS fame. I’ll be subsequently writing a paper over the content. Bad ass!!!

Stopped my last short. I’ve been pushing my sets a lot and figured I’d pull it back a little. All pressing movements are paused and explosive. Also, I may switch over to the dark side and bench with a thumbless grip. It just feels way better off the chest.
Rowing and Krocs felt great.
Reread my personal 10 “rules/commandments” of what I think being awesome is. I needed to remind myself what my goals are and how much my own attitude toward my thoughts influences my perception.
