I need to definitely pick 2nd attempts better. I’m a lot stronger than my numbers show. And not be a lazy turd. The prowler and I are going to get lots of one on one time in the next couple months.

Yeah man the Prowler and other conditioning really helps your overall strength IMO. I started cutting back in November and focusing on my conditioning and have gotten way stronger while dropping BF. Numbers take a hit at first but once you build up your conditioning levels, they come right back up and higher than they were before.

Meet video will be posted when I get it all edited and looking fancy.

Forgot to add I qualified for the SPF national meet. Not sure how I feel about this.

Nationals is in Tennesee in June. Kinda soon… I was hoping to get some time to get my conditioning up. We’ll see what happens. No decisions will be made this week due to it being my down time. Haven’t even picked up a weight this week.

If I go, I definitely want to total at LEAST 1300 and not feel like a fat turd. I’m not very satisfied with my performance, but I guess you gotta just keep pressing forward.

The meet is sponsored but there’s an entry fee along with the room and other expenses. We may be getting some/all of it paid for.

Like I said, we’ll see. I’m content with not lifting or thinking TOO much about my own lifting and going to have a good weekend. We’ll see what I feel like on Monday. Chances are, once I crush some squats, I’ll be all about it. Lol
