Hi CT just was wondering when your layer program is coming out and how much will it be? i have made
good gains since i have bewn on thw system but i have been experiencing a bit of cns fatigue and my max has actually gone down. several factors may contribute to this but i feel burnt out and cant seem to progress for the past two weeks.
