Full Body 1000 Awesome

On the supplement lifts for 1000 Awesome Monday and Wednesday (Bench Press and OHP 5x5) do you bump the weight 5lbs after each cycle for these lifts?

Also, how do you guys run the Assistance work? I was thinking of doing my push assistance work in between my squats and deadlift, my pulls in between my Bench Press and OHP than my Ab stuff at the very end.
