Let’s say someone has much more fast twitch muscles than slow twitch, however he has it an extraordinary way(high% for the fast twitch),this person do 1 set and after that he already feels muscle fatigue(probably cause of the build up of lactic acid),what this person should do as for his training methods if after 1-2 sets he is exhuasted and feels the muscle so fatigue(let’s assume it is because of his fast twitch/slow twitch fibers ratio and cause of that the lactic acid build up is very quickly.
I have to agree with Whetu. How do you know you have an abnormally high percentage of fast twitch?
This could be a problem of improper warmup, lack of regular stretching, non-optimal program, dehydration, etc. Take care of the things you can do first, before you start blaming genetics, fast/slow ratio etc.
