Fruit Post-Workout

I reply did you ever see a fat weak guerilla? Bananas are one of the highest in terms of fructose and carbs…just my 2 cents

This is unintentionally hilarious. Pancho Villa, perhaps?

I suppose Che is your case in point, no?

I think the biggest reason people aren’t seeing such dramatic results is because most people lack consistancy with their diets and workouts.

You can’t judge the effectiveness of a supplement by those who don’t use it right, and unfortunately most probably don’t have everything else in place before they start using the latest and greatest supplement.

In this case, I think one would have to rely on the science, and where the references are coming from, but most importantly, how it works on themselves when doing as much of the same things with and without the supplement as possible.

A time machine would be ideal in this situation.

Well, that is the point we are making. Why would someone skip right over focusing on on making sure THAT is optimal before worrying about even more minor details such as whether their carbs before a workout are of a certain percentage? Shouldn’t that same person be more concerned that they are eating enough ALL DAY LONG, training HARD ENOUGH ALL WEEK, and remaining consistent over time before they get microscopic?

While I do agree with you 100% X, I think of it this way. It’s a lot harder for most noobs to get a handle on the big picture, so they have no choice but to focus in on the few key things that they are told work.

They probably figure if they can get those right, the rest just will magically fall in place. Not saying it’s the right thing to do, just my observation from some of the beginner posters on here.

Plus, there’s not much money in the advertising of eating right and training hard.

Some ads for supplements leave you thinking they have better muscle building properties than steroids.

Shit you mean they don’t? Damn. Wonder if I can get my money back?
