I’m looking for some pictures that would be helpful for learning grips on front squats. I want to try something other than a snatch grip. Anyone have any images?

I tried that and damn near broke something.
I don’t have a pic but I can describe. I cross my hands near the middle of the bar, gripping with palms up, and hold my arms a little below parallel. But instead of pushing back and trying to hold my arms at parallel [which kills my throat], I push up a little more and back a little less. I find it much easier to hold the bar pushing up than holding it even [I go up to 295 lbs].
