Right, I didnt know where to post this so I thought here was as good of a place as any.
I was performing a quick routine that involved a snatch, a back squat and a military press a few weeks back when my right shoulder suddenly felt stiff. I thought about it for a bit, decided it wasnt that bad, and finished my workout.
Well yesterday when I performed some flat dumbell bench presses, my shoulder felt a bit painful again. It was on the last set, so I thought I’ll push out the remaining two reps.
I woke up this morning in a fair amount of pain. I’ve got a pain somewhere between my front delt and pec [could be a ligament?] and also a slight pain just near my shoulder blade [spine side, not lat side]
Any idea what it could be and how serious it is? I’m worrying about it being minor rotator cuff damage.
