Skipped squats due to bum shoulder.

05/31/11:

Pullups: 5/5/5/4/4

Squat: 225lbs (3x5)

06/01/11:

Bench: 180lbs (3x7) - elbow have started aching

Curls: 10/9/8

06/02/11:

Pullups: 7 or 8 sets x 5 reps

Deadlift: 296lbs (4x3); 246lbs (x11)

06/03/11:

OH Press: 150lbs (4/4/3/3/4)

Sumo Rows: 186lbs (5x7) - felt it in my lats a lot

Curls: 8/8/4

06/04/11:

Bench: 200lbs (5/5/4); 185lbs (6/7/7)

Squat: 230lbs (3x5)

Pullups: 6/6/6/5/5

06/05/11:

OH Press: 135lbs (7x6) - very good

Deadlift: 276lbs (7 or 8 sets x 5)

Did pullups yesterday at friend’s house so I think I was not recovered yet, they were difficult today so I cut them short.

Elbows are starting to get sore again, no biggie, just have to massage. No upper-body lifts tomorrow except maybe rows, will deadlift and squat though.

06/18/11:

Deadlift: 276lbs (5x7) - quite tough

Ate and slept like shit the past week, but now I’m okay.

06/24:

Pullups: 6x6

Deadlift: 291lbs (5x5)

I’m not sure what to make of my deadlift progress.
