08/13:

Pullup: worked up to +65lbsx2 (2nd rep barely there but there)

Pullup: +30lbs (5x5) [6.5mins]

08/14:

Deadlift: worked up to 331lbs (x1) - this was tough, maybe 340lbs was my absolute max today, 225 felt heavy warming up

08/15:

Deadlift: 326lbs (x5/4); 296lbs (x6) [10+mins] - better

08/17:

OHP: worked up to 151lbs (x1)

Press from pins: 125lbs (6/5/6/6) [random, long] - set pins @ 7.5 holes from top

DB Curls: DB+20lbs (3x10) [random, long]

08/18:

Row: worked up to 215lbsx3

Row: 191lbs (6/6/6/8/8) [6mins]

Deadlift: 296lbsx2 - heavy, form off, felt it in spine

08/19:

Bench: worked up to 231lbs (x1) - butt lifted off, very hard

Bench: 203.5lbs (3x5); 181lbs (x10) [7mins]

08/20:

Pullup: +72.5lbs (x1) - touched chin, not over

Pullup: +32.5lbs (5x5) [6.5+mins] - full reps throughout but hard

08/23:

DL: worked up to 315lbsx1; 335lbsx0

DL: 286lbs (x5)

DB Curls: DB+20lbs (3x10)

Losing strength quickly, going to deload and work with 1x5’s

08/24:

OHP: 146lbs (x3)

Pin OHP (7.5 down): 128.5lbs (5x5) [all 6mins except for 5mins after 1st set)

08/25:

Row: 196lbs (5x6) [6mins]

08/26:

Bench: 216lbs (x4)

Bench: 206lbs (3x5); 183.5lbs (x10) [7mins]

Deadlift: 225lbs (x4); 296lbs (x5) - felt weirdness in back pulling set of 296lbs (reps 3-5), need to do a better warmup, need to better arch lower back

08/27:

Pullup: +60lbs (x3)

Pullup: +35lbs (5x5)

08/28:

Bodyweight: ~166lbs, losing weight quickly

OHP: worked up to 148.5lbs (x2) - heavier than usual for sure

OHP from pins: 131lbs (4/5/4/5) [long breaks]

Deadlift: 166lbs (3x15) - flushing blood

08/31:

Bench: 208.5lbs (x5); 196lbs (4x6) [6mins]

Deadlift: 226lbs (x10) - felt it a little bit in the back, take it slowwwww buddy; heavy weight though, have lost a lot of strength in the DL

09/01:

Row: 201lbs (3x5); 176lbs (x10) - top sets very heavy

Deadlift: 236lbs (x10)

09/02:

OHP: 141lbs (x4) - grind on last one

Pin OHP: 126lbs (6/5/5/7) [long break on last set] - NEED to drop it! can squeeze out more reps when you do!

OHP: 126lbs (x7) - just for the hell of it

DL: 246lbs (x10) - hard

09/03:

Pullup: +67.5lbs (x2) - 2nd rep barely chin over

Pullup: +37.5lbs (5x5) [6+mins] - this shit is getting hard

DL: 256lbs (x10) - hard, heavy

09/07:

Bench: 95kg for heavy sets across, doubles, did these close group; 80kg(?) for 5 sets

Deadlift: 130kg(x10)

09/08:

Row: heavy sets across, multiple sets after, can’t remember weight

Deadlift: 135kg(6+2)

09/09:

OHP: 65kg (8x1); 67.5kg (2x1)

Seated OHP: ~50kg or 52.5kg (a few sets)

09/10:

Pullup: 26kg (6x2) - actually 25kg first 2 sets

Pullup: 18kg(x4); 16kg(4x5)

DL: 140kg (x5)
