08/08:

Bench: 242.5lb (10x1) [7min thru 1-5, 5min thru 6-10]

Deadlift: 286lb (7x2) [3.5-5.5min] - back rounding on too many reps, have to take weight down; liking form with quads in front, hams tight, and chest slightly uprighted, can really feel in glutes in initial pull

08/10:

Pullup: +57.5lb (5x3) [2.5min]

Paused RGBP: 155lb (11/11/10/10) [5min]

08/11:

Rack Chins: BW (5x12) [5min]

08/12:

OHP: 161lb (10x1) [3min]

08/13:

Incline CGOHP: 146lb (5/5/5/4/4/4) [5.5min]

08/15:

Squat: 271lb (6x2) [4.5min] - tough, all hard 2nd reps

08/17:

Bench: 226lb (5x3) [4min]

Deadlift: 286lb (7x2) [3min]

08/18:

Pullup: +67.5lb (7x2) [5min] - getting hard

08/19:

Strict OHP: 148.5lb (5x3) [3min] - very strict

Rack Chins: BW (4-5 sets of 12) [5mins] - lost count, but these give me the beating they always do

08/20:

Incline CGOHP: 146lb (5x4) [5.5min] - weaker than last week in both rep range and total reps

08/21:

Row: 178.5lb (7x2) [4.5min] - not bad, have to be on heels

Row: 161lb (4x9) [5.5min] - many 3/4-reps actually, next time let’s go for 161lb (5x7)

08/22:

Squat: 281lb (2x1) [7min] - no belt, GG

Curls: 66lb (5x3) [3min]

DB Curls: DB+17lb (5x12) [5min]

08/23:

Deadlift: 296lb (10x1) [first 5 reps 4mins, last 5 reps 7+min] - pretty damn hard, need to repeat cycle with same weights

08/24:

Bench: 236lb (7x2) [4.5min] - not bad

Squat: 281lb (10x1) [4min] - actually easy, belted of course

Paused RGBP: 166lb (7/7/7/8/8) [5.5min] - can go for 168.5lb (5x8) next time

08/25:

Pullup: +75lb (10x1) [4.5min]

08/26:

Strict OHP: 156lb (7x2) [4.5min] - all paused, hard toward end

Rack Chins: BW (5x13) [5.5min] - not bad

08/27:

Incline CGOHP: 136lb (4/7/6/6/6/6) [5.5+min]

08/28

Row: 186lb (10x1)

Row: 161lb (5x7) [4.5min] - I liked it

08/29:

Squat: 266lb (5x3) [5min] - getting heavier

BB Curls: 71lb (5x3) [4min]

08/30:

Deadlift: 296lb (10x1) [5min] - better due to longer breaks, next week can move onto 270lb (5x3)

08/31:

Bench: 246lb (10x1) [4min] - hard at end

09/01:

Pullup: +57.5lb (5x3) [4.5min]

Rack Chins: +45lb (5x7) [5min]
