07/01:

Pullup: +65lb (6x2; 1x3) [4min]

WGBP: 200lb (x5) - lol felt so hard after yesterday

Lat Pulldown: 115lb (5x12or13) [3min] - in lieu of rack chins

07/03:

OHP: 141lb (3/3/3/3/5) [3min]

Incline CGOHP: 131lb (5/5/5/5/4) [5min] - done without wrist wraps so couldn’t bring it down as much, pressing upward was also weird path due to different incline bench and no wrist wraps

07/04:

Pendlay Row: 168.5lb (7x2) [4.5min]

Squat: 266lb (7x1) [5-8min] - forgot belt, holy hell this was hard, hard on quads and knees on way out (no hip drive)

07/05:

Pendlay Row: 136lb (5x10) [5min] - deloaded every rep

07/07:

CGBP: 226lbs (7x1); 231lb (2x1); 236lb (x1); 241lb (x1) [3min for 226lb, 5min for rest] - 11 total sets, 241lb was easy

WGBP/NGBP: 185lb (x5); 190lb (x5); 195lb (x5); 200lb (x4); 175lb (2x11) [5min]

07/08:

Pullup: +75lb (10x1) [4.5-5min]

Lat Pulldown: 115lbx12; 145lb (3x8)

07/09:

OHP: 148.5lb (6x2; 1x3) [4min] - not bad, some sets done very strict, some sets done with a lil momentum after cleaning

Incline CGOHP: 136lb (5/5/5/6/5) [5min] - meh, not done with strict form (tricep push), more of shoulder press, wutevz, still worked hard

07/13:

Squat: 251lb (5x3) [4.5min]

Deadlift: 261lb (5x3) [3.5min] - back rounding on last 2 sets I think, coulda done better if no squat first I think

07/14/15:

CGBP: 216lb (3/4/4/4/4/4) [4.5-5.5min] - flare out elbows can help move more weights, so why not just use normal grip???

07/17:

Pullup: +55lb (5x3) [4-5min]

Bench: 185lb (x5); 190lb (x5); 195lb (x5); 200lb (x5); 205lb (x5); 210 (x4)

07/18:

OHP: 156lb (10x1) [5min] - clean and jerked all of them, only a few were very strict, what helps is actually pressing very close to neck/Adams apple on way up

Pullup: BW (8/8/8/10/10) [4.5mins]

Incline CGOHP: 135lb (6x5) [5min]

07/19:

Pendlay Row: 161lb (6x3) [4.5min]; 141lb (5x11) [5-5.5min]

Squat: 266lb (6x2) [5min]

07/25:

CGBP: 222.5lb (5x3) [5.5min]

BP: 205lb (5x5) [5min]

07/26:

Pullup: +67lbs (7x2) - hard

07/27:

OHP: 146lb (4x3); 151lb (1x3) - good

Pullup: BW (10/12/12) - okay, til failure almost

07/28:

Incline CGOHP: 140lb (x4); 135lb (5x5) - meh, form off due to weirdness of pins, but its cool

07/29:

Row: 176lb (7x2) - okay, easyish

Squat: 275lb (7x1) - not bad

08/02:

Row: 146lb (5x10)

Deadlift: 271lb (5x3)

Bench: 232.5lbs (7x2) [5.5-6.5min] - butt came off a little bit, hard, might not be able to go up much further

08/03:

Paused RGBP: 155lb (x5); 160lb (x5); 165lb (x5); 170lb (x5); 175lb (x2); 146lb (x9)

08/04:

Pullup: +75lb (10x1) [3.5min]

Rack Chins: 5x12 [5min] - tough

08/05:

OHP: 153.5lb (5x2); 156lb (1x2); 158.5lb (1x2) [2min] - getting strong

08/06:

Row: 183.5lb (10x1) [3.5min]

Squat: 261lb (5x3) [4.5min]

08/07:

Pendlay Row: 151lb (5x10) [5min] - 4th and 5th sets had many, many reps not touch chest
