Deadlift: 281lb (5x3) [3.5min] - surprised how easy and how straight I kept back

Rack Chins: BW (4x15) [5.5 min] - very shitty last set with 5 or 6 bad reps

09/10:

Bench: 228.5lb (5 or 6x3) [5min] - lost count so did an extra set to be safe

Paused RGBP: 181lb (5x7) [5.5min] - holy shit, was supposed to do 171lb but I think I miscounted lol, can’t really be sure though…
