Next time: ramp up from 141lbs (7x2), see where you get to, do more heavy sets at top if easy

12/02 :

Pullup: +67.5lbs (7x2); +32.5lbs (6/5/5/7/8)

Next time: Pullup +62.5lbs (5x3); +35lbs (5x5)

12/04:

CGBP: 213.5lbs (5x3) [5mins]; 213.5lbs (4/4/3) [long breaks]

DDL: 276lbs (3x7) [7mins] - done after long break from heavy Deads; belted up on last 2 sets due to lower back giving away, very tough

Pullup: +62.5lbs (5x3) [6mins]; +35lbs (5/5/5/5/7) [6mins] - +62.5lbs hard, especially toward end

DL: 331lbs (10x1) [5-7+mins] - gave up on volume afterward, lil lazy

Next time: ramp up singles from 145lbs, warm up incrementally before that

12/21:

Pullup: +70lbs (2/2/2/2/2/2/2/2/1) [7mins] - 8x2, followed by 1x1, these were hard and heavy, deadlifted just last night

12/22:

OHP: 145lbs (1/1); 147.5lbs (1/1/1); 150lbs (1/1/1/1/1); 152.5lbs (1/1/1/1/1) - pretty short breaks, surprisingly, esp. toward end; one of the 152.5lbs was push pressed

OHP: 135lbs (5/5/5/4/5) [5-7mins]

12/23:

Row: 232.5lbs (10x1); 225lbs (5x1) - long breaks, many sloppy sets with 232.5lbs, went down to 225lbs and reps were much tighter

Row: 205lbs (5x5) [5mins]

Next time: 217.5lbs (7x2); 210lbs (5x5) - can go up if you want for 217.5lbs

12/24:

Regular Bench: 215lbs (11x2) [6-7mins]

Actually deadlifted yesterday, 340lbsx2x1 and some lighter sets, but all had heavy back rounding as pointed out by friends. Have to go down and fix form.
