Buying a bikini in the middle of January in your town must be just wonderful because it means that you are going somewhere warm! Jealousy reigns. I’m hoping to see a bikini picture.

Good work in here, looking good. Although, I’m going to play teacher and advise against fasted cardio! In my experience it is pure hell. A serving of whey protein and oatmeal blended together makes cardio 10x better.

I have a client who said “I do fasted cardio because I know serious people who train for competitions do that.”
Oy.

Nothing like plodding along on the treadmil, its good for the ego but boring as hell.

Really? i find it so hard to run or ride with food in the system, it kills me, and when I know I have to eat during an event I just hurt, but I know it is better than the other option.
Caffeine though…

food or no food, i’ll hafta get paid to do cardio like that.

Long day at work today and expecting a few more like these before I fly on saturday. Still feeling beat up from the 4 days of workouts in a row. I also had some extra prep to do tonight due to a road trip plannend for work tomorrow and thursday so I decided to just relax. I packed my sneakers and some gym clothes to go for a run while I’m staying at the hotel.

Kimba’s comment about bikini pics reminded me that last april, before I set out for Cuba,we had pretty much the same conversation and I had taken pics of that bikini which also happened to be right before my bulk. I took pics of my new bikini now as comparision. I have about 10lbs more at the moment, not as lean but I had been dieting for 8 weeks at that time. It would not be sensible to expect the same results in 2 weeks.

On a positive note I find my upper body has definitly added some good mass but I’ll let the pictures do the talking…
