So I braved the crowds and got my x-mas grocery shopping done after a good day at work today. Got home pooped, with some house work to do. My office has somehow turned into a dumpster room and I need to clear the space. Was planning to hit the gym but all the running around has got me dead tired. I am skipping with no guilt. The holidays will be over before we know it and I will get back to kicking it fat ninja style.

Nice sumo’s lady. If it were me, I also wouldn’t have hit anything after hitting the big number. I’ve gotten to the point where I know I’ve maxed deads for the day and I’m done. I usually feel it in my eyes. I bet that number will get big fast with a bit more work and time.

I’ve been juggling around with the idea and wondered if I would sell more protein and preworkouts if they came with a free poster size signed pics of yours truly, “Please buy my [insert brand ]. I’ll give you my oversized ass to hang in your store…” lolz!
